What we collect

The data you enter in the enquiry form (name, company, email, country, phone if given, technical data on your fluid and application) and the technical data of the request (IP address, date and time), kept to prevent abuse.

Why

Only to answer your enquiry and prepare a technical and commercial offer (legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by you, art. 6.1.b GDPR), and to protect the site from spam (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).

How long

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and any following contract, and in any case no longer than 24 months if no contract follows.

Who sees them

Our sales and technical staff, and the hosting and email providers that run this site, acting as processors. Data are not sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
