One kind of pump, done for seventy years
We do not make every pump. We make external gear pumps, and we make them for the fluids that other pumps do not like: bitumen, molasses, resins, fuel oil, chocolate, waxes. That focus is the reason this site has a page for almost every fluid: each one is a problem we have already solved for someone.
Machined, not just assembled
Gears are machined from solid alloy steel, hardened and ground. Stainless pumps are machined from solid bar. The compact ZV was born feeding Formula 1 engine test benches — the same Emilian precision that builds the region's cars and motorbikes.
Engineering before the quote
Every enquiry is read by our technical office before a price is given. If a gear pump is not the right pump for your fluid, we say so.
